My law practice represents both large and small land development companies. Once your plan is approved, we handle the entitlement work necessary to bring your project to fruition, including deeds of subdivision, easement and boundary line adjustment. I have developed rules, requirements and restrictive covenants for homeowners’ associations, and have represented builders in making the transition of operations to newly established associations. In addition, I have represented homeowners’ associations in reviewing and revising their operating declarations and by-laws as well as other issues that the boards of directors may have.
I have associations with title companies to ensure that your real estate closing, whether for an individual or for a company, goes smoothly. I can prepare your contract and your deed, as well as deeds of trust and promissory notes for institutional and private lenders.
